The issue was fixed with no impact on delivery, and the DLRs have been immediately updated. Issue noted between 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM 17th June 2022

Kaleyra system became intermittently unresponsive because of the load due to a high volume of requests. This has caused a delay in updating in delivery statuses. The processing of submissions are working as expected. The team is working on updating the delivery statuses
